Delivery destinations

Our store currently serves customers in the United States. Available shipping options depend on the product and your delivery address. If checkout does not offer a shipping option for your address, we cannot accept that order for delivery there.

Shipping charges and timing

Shipping charges and available delivery estimates are displayed at checkout before payment. Rates vary by fulfillment partner, destination, and order contents. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Processing and transit times can vary, especially during holidays or busy periods. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date.

Separate shipments

Our bags and crochet kits are separate products and may ship from different fulfillment partners. An order can arrive in separate packages, with separate shipping charges and tracking numbers. Review the full shipping total at checkout before paying.

Tracking and order help

We send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created.

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. For address corrections, delayed or missing packages, or other order questions, use our contact form and include your order number. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after processing begins.
